Out of the Night - Pyrography

Barn owl flying out of the night, hand pyrographed (burnt) onto a 25cm plaque made from English beech. All wood is obtained from managed English forests, each one is unique with the image being first drawn then hand burnt onto the wood and finally the artwork is protected with four coats of clear lacquer.
