Description

This pretty cushion in sunny yellow with three embroidered chickens, is made from a mix of vintage and new materials.

Pure Irish linen, vintage bed linen and buttons, lace, stripy cotton, and some cute little chickens are all put together to create a fresh springy cushion with an eclectic style.

The chickens are machine embroidered using a basic sewing machine fitted with a freehand embroidery foot. I sketch and transfer my drawings straight onto the fabric. The outlines are then machine embroidered using black thread.

The back of the cushion is in mustard stripy cotton by Elanbach, a welsh company based on the banks of the river Wye.

This cushion is made to order, please allow 2-3 business days prior to shipping.

- Removable feather pad - envelope closure at the back
- Machine wash cold - the linen has been pre-shrunk and all seams zigzagged for durability
- Measures 16" x 12" (40cm x 30cm).

Please get in touch if you would like a hypoallergenic poly insert instead, I will replace it at no extra cost.
