My love of textiles and designing has developed through a lifetime of collecting fabrics, buttons, beads and found objects. Designs are developed through an interest in Architecture, Theatre, Costume and Landscape. The Bags and Accessories available in my shop are the result of many happy hours spent trawling through charity shops and recycling centres, adding to the magpie collection that is taking over my workspace! They are all made from my own patterns and many of the fabrics, buttons and beads are reclaimed & recycled. I have a degree in Textile & Surface Pattern Design and am a part-time tutor for Devon Adult & Community Education, with a PGCE in post-16, Adult, Further & Higher Ed. Commissions & Enquiries: I am able to offer a bespoke service giving you the opportunity to choose the style & colour of a bag for yourself, a special occassion or a unique gift.
