All prices on Coriandr are quoted in Pounds sterling, so wherever you see the £ sign it means GB£. I accept Paypal from all buyers, UK residents may also pay me by cheque. I am unable to process international Checks. Sorry if that causes you any inconvenience.
International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.
To cancel an order contact me with your order reference number.
If the order has not yet been shipped and is cancelled and payment has already been made, I will refund you the purchase price including postage and Packing.
If the order has been shipped then you must return the unwanted goods to me unused and in their original packaging at your own risk and at your own cost within 7 days of delivery. I will credit your payment with the cost of the unwanted product, including OUR postage and packing, but NOT including YOUR postage and packaging for returning the item to me.
In the case of custom made goods I will not refund any money as long as the goods have been made to the agreed specifications. As long as the goods are fit for function I reserve the rights not to refund monies.
If you pay by paypal all goods will be sent to the paypal account registered address. Please make sure you keep your paypal account shipping address up to date. If you specifically wish for the goods to be sent to a different address this must be agreed with me first.
All the ready made, hand crafted goods that I offer on Coriandr will be dispatched by 1st class recorded post to UK customers and 1st class airmail to over seas customers within 3 working days of payment being finalised (i.e. Paypal payment being received or cheque clearing in the bank).
If you want your package to be insured I am happy to do that at your own cost. Please contact me to find out the cost.
If you contact me to requested a custom made item(s) I will agree a mutually satisfactory date of deliver at that time. Custom made items can take longer than the ready made goods as parts and materials may have to be sourced. I will keep you updated and informed all the time of any unforeseen delays. I will never leave you hanging not knowing where your goods are.
Every effort is made at Pirate Pixie Crew to get your goods to you in perfect condition. If any product is faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit to you, please contact me and report the problem within SEVEN working days of receipt of the goods. Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders will be replaced or refunded. Please do not ship the goods back to me unless I have told you to do so. I will not reimburse the cost of shipping items back to me unless I have instructed you to do this. Please be mindful of the fact that many of my goods are made from one of a kind materials an may not be able to be reproduced. In these cases I will give you the option to choose either a replacement item to the same value or a refund.
