Payment

All payments are dealt with in GBP



UK BUYERS: I accept PayPal or cheques.



If paying with PayPal, payment is due 24 hours after you press buy and confirm the purchase with Coriandr.



If sending a cheque, it is required to clear in the bank BEFORE the item is posted to you. This can take up to 7 working days.



EVERYWHERE ELSE: I accept PayPal only. Payment is due 24 hours after you press buy and confirm the purchase with Coriandr.


Shipping

I do my best to make sure items are packaged safely and securely when I post them and obtain a Proof of Postage receipt. Please note, I reuse any packaging I feel is fit to use again, too much is thrown away!



I aim to post within 48 hours of the payment clearing, however I do my up most to post orders the same day. If the item is a \"made to order\" item then this applies to when the item is finished, as stated in the listing for the custom item.



UK BUYERS: Items are sent 1st Class Royal Mail. Packages should arrive no later than 3 working days. If you would like your item(s) to be sent Second class for a cheaper (and therefore, slower) postage rate, just send me an email so i can let you know the difference. If you decide to go ahead with Second class, I will either issue you a refund through PayPal for the difference, or if paying by cheque I will issue you with a new invoice for the new postage price.



EUROPE (EU) Packages are sent Royal Mail Air Mail and should arrive within 7 working days. However, it is advised that you wait for 28 days as your package may be held up at customs. Buyers in ITALY should wait 45 days as it has been know for items to take longer to arrive to their destination. Buyers are responsible for their own customs charges, if and where applicable.



EVERYWHERE ELSE: Packages are sent Royal Mail Air Mail and should arrive within 14 working days. However, it is advised that you wait for 28 days as your package may be held up at customs. Buyers are responsible for their own customs charges, if and where applicable.



POSTAL INSURANCE: If you would like your item(s) sent by Royal Mail Recorded Signed for (Royal Mail Airsure for non-UK customers), please get in contact with me and i will amend your invoice. It costs an extra 75p for UK customers and 4.50 for non-UK customers on top of regular postage costs.


Returns

I take every care to make sure the items I make and sell are of the highest standard, so with this in mind all sales are final.



However, no one is perfect and so refund/exchanges will be issued if one of these rare events happen:



1. I sent you the wrong item,

2. I grossly misrepresented the item,

3. The item is faulty.



If any of these 3 conditions are true then please contact me [mail@tomatotea.net] within 14 days of receipt.



Once communication has been established and we have come to an agreeable decision between us, I will request the items are sent back to me (at your own cost) - i expect them to be shipped in the same manner and condition that you received them.



Once the items have been returned and are in the condition you received them in (not used) then i will refund you them items value plus your shipping costs - you MUST show me a receipt from your post office detailing how much it cost you to send the item back.

INFORMATION REGARDING 10% DISCOUNT ON HAND SPUN AND HAND DYED YARNS

I\'ve decided to reward loyal customers who buy yarn (hand spun or hand dyed - no samplers i\'m afraid!) from TomatoTea with a 10% discount on their next yarn, if they take a picture of the finished project they have made with their previous purchase and allow me to blog their efforts!



So not only do you have an incentive to finish your projects with TomatoTea yarn to get a discount off of your next yarn, you get some exposure too!



So how does this work? Well, if you have already bought some yarn from me, all you need to do is send me a nice, clear picture of your finished item that you have made with the yarn and allow me permission to blog about it. Then next time you buy some yarn, just pop the name of the yarn you used for your project in the \'message to seller\' box. I\'ll cross check this and you\'ll be refunded 10% off of your yarn purchase through PayPal after full payment is received (or i\'ll adjust the amount owed if paying by cheque).



Please note that this is a \'yarn for yarn\' offer, by which I mean, if you have bought one yarn and followed the directions above, you\'ll get 10% off of another single yarn. If you have bought two and sent a picture of each yarn in its finished state, you get 10% off of your next two yarns, and so on. This offer applies to all yarn available in my shops, hand dyed or hand spun with the exception of samplers. Be sure to use the same user name each time you purchase, otherwise I may not be able to match up what you have bought!
