MissLucylu accepts payment by Paypal within 48 hours. If payment is not received by then, I reserve the right to cancel the transaction and relist the item. Items will not be made until payment has cleared. If you experience any difficulties then please email me and I will be happy to help.


Items will be dispatched within 1-3 working days, if not on the day. This allows me to make your item by hand. Custom orders may take a little longer, if you are in a hurry please email me and I will do my best.
All items will be posted Royal Mail First class Recorded with the U.K and via airmail to overseas. We all hate shipping fees so I do my best to keep costs low so please let me know if you have overpaid and I will ammend.
International customers are reponsible for paying any custom duties should they occur.
Will ship to your Paypal Address.


I hope you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not, please let me know and return it to me within 7 working days enclosing a note with the details why you are returning.
Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to me.
